Orders, shipping and returns
How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code. Here you can check the shipment status and (if possible) provide the delivery driver with further instructions regarding your delivery.
Wat zijn de verzendkosten?
De verzendkosten binnen Nederland bedragen €5,99. Bij een bestelwaarde van meer dan €50 wordt je bestelling gratis verzonden.
How long is the shipping time?
Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day (except on Sundays and National Holidays). You will always receive an email once your package leaves our warehouse, along with a track & trace so you know when to expect your delivery.
Delays due to the carrier are reserved.
Kan ik mijn bestelling retourneren?
Ja, dat kan! Je hebt 14 dagen de tijd om je bestelling na ontvangst te retourneren. Retourneren is bij ons helemaal gratis.
Het werkt zo:
- Retour aanvragen
Log in op je account op onze website en vraag daar eenvoudig je retour aan. Hier kun je ook aangeven welke producten je wilt retourneren en waarom. - Goedkeuring & retourlabel
Zodra wij je aanvraag hebben beoordeeld, ontvang je van ons een retourlabel per e-mail. Na deze goedkeuring kun je het pakket kosteloos terugsturen. - Controle van de retourzending
Na ontvangst controleren we de producten eerst op staat en volledigheid. Pas wanneer de retour goedgekeurd is, gaan we over tot terugbetaling. - Terugbetaling
Zodra je retour door ons is verwerkt en goedgekeurd, storten we het bedrag zo snel mogelijk terug via de betaalmethode waarmee je hebt afgerekend.
Tip: Bewaar altijd je verzendbewijs totdat je terugbetaling volledig is afgerond.
Kan ik mijn bestelling laten versturen naar een postbus- of antwoordnummer?
Nee, helaas kunnen wij geen bestelling versturen die geadresseerd zijn aan een postbus of antwoordnummer. Gelukkig kun je altijd terecht in één van onze verkooppunten bij jou in de buurt!
Waarom verzenden jullie met DPD?
DPD verzendt CO2-neutraal door heel Europa. Dit sluit aan bij onze merkwaarden en daarom verzenden wij al onze pakketten met DPD.
Ik heb geen bevestiging ontvangen wat kan ik nu doen?
Heb je geen bevestigingsmail ontvangen? Dit kan komen doordat het e-mailadres niet correct is ingevoerd of omdat de e-mail in je spamfolder terecht is gekomen. Stuur in dat geval gerust een e-mail naar info@welovetheplanet.nl. Onze klantenservice helpt je dan zo snel mogelijk verder.
Ik heb een verkeerd product ontvangen, wat kan ik nu doen?
Neem in dat geval contact op met onze klantenservice door een e-mail te sturen naar info@welovetheplanet.nl. Vermeld hierbij je ordernummer en een korte omschrijving van het probleem, zodat wij je zo snel mogelijk kunnen helpen.

Are your products vegan?
Our deodorant balm, scent diffusers, and sunscreen are vegan. In some deodorant sticks and lip balms, we use beeswax, but we also have vegan alternatives.
These vegan options are: Deodorant Stick Zesty Lime & Lip Balm Lush Raspberry.
There is no aluminum in the deodorant, but the can is?
Tin is the most recycled type of packaging in the Netherlands. That's why we use this packaging.
How long will I last with the deodorant?
You will do about 2 to 3 months with both the can and the stick deodorant.
How much deodorant do I need at a time?
You only need one swipe per armpit, and thanks to the coconut oil, you spread it easily.
Why do I sweat more than usual when using your deodorant?
Our deodorant consists of 100% natural products. Your body is used to the aluminum in your ´normal´ deodorant. These block the sweat glands. When you use our natural deodorant, the sweat glands are “unblocked” resulting in temporarily more sweating. This can be thought of as detoxifying your sweat glands. This is perfectly normal, so here's to healthy armpits.
I am pregnant, can I use your products?
Yes, you can simply use our deodorant during pregnancy. Because all products consist of natural ingredients, you can confidently use your favorite product even during pregnancy.
I get irritation under my armpit from the deodorant, how is this possible?
If you experience a reaction after using our deodorant, most likely you cannot tolerate the baking soda contained in the product. Especially for you, we have the So Sensitive variant. This one is hypoallergenic. The natural solution for sensitive skin.
Can I take the deodorant with me on the plane?
Yes, our deodorant can go on the plane with you. Just keep in mind that the melting point is between 23-26 degrees. So if you are going to a warm country, keep the deodorant in the refrigerator.
Doesn't the deodorant stain on my clothes?
In principle, our deodorant does not stain. The base of the deodorant does consist of oils and fats. Therefore, it is helpful to wait a few minutes before putting on your clothes so that it has time to soak into your skin and especially not to use too much.
Are We Love the Planet products tested on animals?
No! Because we love the planet and so we love animals. In the Netherlands, cosmetics have not been tested on animals for a long time. Since 1997, animal testing to test the development, safety and efficacy of cosmetic products has been prohibited. For all of Europe, this ban has been in place since 2004. In addition, cosmetics ingredients have also been allowed to be tested on animals since 2009. Finally, a trade ban has been in place in Europe since 2013 whereby cosmetics tested on animals cannot be sold on the European market.
