Refund Policy
We offer a return period of 14 days after receipt of your order. Within this period, you can request a return, provided the item is in its original condition:
unused, undamaged, with labels, and in the original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
How to request a return
All return requests must be submitted via your personal account in our webshop:

Go to your order and submit a return request

Specify the reason for the return

Add a photo if necessary (in case of damage or an incorrect product)
Once received, your return request will be reviewed by us.
After approval, you will receive a return label and further instructions by email.
Returns sent back without an approved return request cannot be processed.
Receipt and inspection of returns
Once we have received the return shipment, the item will be inspected.
If the item meets the return conditions (original condition, unused, undamaged, with labels, and in the original packaging), the return will be processed.
Return shipping costs
The return shipping costs are covered by us.
After approval of your return request, you will receive a return label from us.
Refund
After the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email.
The refund will then be issued within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Please note that banks or credit card companies may require a few additional days to process the refund.

Damaged or incorrect product received
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If the product is damaged or you received an incorrect item, submit a return request via your account as soon as possible and include clear photos. We will ensure a suitable solution.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain products, such as personal care items that have been opened or used, cannot be returned.
