Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery Time
We ship all our orders with DPD.
If you place your order on a business day before 14:00, your order will be shipped the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).

DPD usually delivers within 1 business day in the Netherlands. In most cases, you will receive your order the very next day. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a track & trace link, allowing you to follow your delivery precisely.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €5.99.
For orders over €30, shipping is free.

Delivery Time & Delays
We do our utmost to deliver your order within the stated delivery time. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We guarantee that your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after the order confirmation.

If this is not possible, you have the right to:

• receive a full refund of the purchase amount
• choose a replacement product of equal value.

Address Changes
Once your order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery address. Therefore, always make sure your address details are correct before completing your order.
